Why we put people first!

People make the difference and @techcandy we want to make the difference for people.

What we do and Why can best be explained by the following:

  1. Our mission is to set you up for SUCCESS not failure Choosing one company over the other is an important decision and it can seriously affect your future. What type of organization and what type of role will help you thrive? Finding the best environment for you to excel is not an easy task. It might be at your current company or you might need to look elsewhere. We have an eye on your best future!

  2. We make our business very PERSONAL We can only build trust if we really get personal. We need trust to do our job well and we for this we need you to trust us with your future. In this increasingly digital world it's easy to lose sight of the people behind the faces. Don't get us wrong, we love digital, but only if it makes sense and supports our goal: helping you!

  3. We focus on the LONG TERM We don't believe in one time events. Our aim is to be your lifelong career partner. Change is a constant. Our lives and careers are in a constant change and development process. It never ends. We can offer what most companies can't, an independent longterm focus. Until death do us part.

  4. Our love and passion for PEOPLE and TECHNOLOGY We understand people and their behavior. We are thrilled about technology and innovation and although we're not actually technologists ourselves, we envy the things you're working on and are capable of.

  5. Life without FRIENDS sucks. So why work without friends? It's funny how people tend to react when asked if they have a best friend at work. They tend to laugh, but in fact it's a very powerful question and a proven way to show the culture that's behind it. Friends support you in times of trouble, celebrate the good times, they listen and believe in you when you're doubtful. Good companies will actively promote friendship. That's why we @techcandy nurture friendship and will look for companies that do just that.

  6. Be prepared for the FUTURE Change is happening at the speed of light. One day it might all be bright and sunny, the next day it could be raining. If you sit and wait for things to happen it might be too late. It's best to make decisions about your future in a rational state of mind. Make sure you understand what's coming and prepare yourself in time. We can help you with that. Be the master of your own future!

  7. The need for INDEPENDENCE If it comes to our lives and future we want to follow our own path and make our own decisions. At work this is not different. Choosing the next step for our future is a mindful decision. @techcandy we can only help you out with this process if we are completely independent.

  8. Overcoming CHOICE overload So many opportunities and so many companies. Will you thrive at a startup or a large corporation? What's more important content or process? Do you want to lead others or are you just fine leading yourself? Not all opportunities will offer the perfect match. We fear what we don't know and we don't know what we don't see. Let us help you choose what's right for you.

  9. The need to be PRO-ACTIVE We don't wait for things to happen. We like to make it happen. We are out in the field every single day. We are constantly looking for great people who (want to) make the difference. We want to meet with you so we can understand if and when you're looking for a next step in your career. We use our ever growing network of friends and meet new people, every single day. At the same time we go out there and find the best companies to find you the perfect match!

  10. We embrace a GROWTH MINDSET and OPEN MIND Having a growth versus a fixed mindset makes a huge difference. Having a growth mindset means you believe in positive change and continuous improvement. You have the power to influence a positive outcome. You are the master of this process. A growth mindset and open mind go together and are much needed in a world of constant change.
